Changes to Llamas admin

In regards to receiving some reports about Llamas style of admin, and this causing disruption in game for players, we have decided to restrict his use of admin powers to a minimal. He will still be allowed to operate server competitions for prizes meaning he may freeze people who interrupt said competitions, but this change should result in him not frequently giving himself op load-outs and resizing himself to be massive etc, or potentially abusing his powers on other players. This change may be reverted in the future based on how things go, but for now me and llama have agreed that this is whats best for the server. The game play experience mops offers is of paramount importance to me and everyone, and assuring its quality remain unscathed is a top priority.
