Server is up! Running the Halloween event 24/7 with plugins

As the title states, some plugins like parachute aren't busted, the Halloween event will be running for as long as people want it to be, and I will probably assist regulars tonight with getting some of the main achievements should they want the help. Quickplay should be enabled, meaning when the regulars jump on, we should expect a decent influx of players, as well as gifts being enabled.

On another note, I am liking the spell system, hopefully it will be possible to activate it past Halloween with spell spawn points within some of our custom maps, and maybe the facilitation of one or two plugins.

Depends on the hours. Sometimes it ranks piss poor in quickplay, other times we've filled up for hours.

Seems that in the evening it fills up but the rest of the day it's empty

For some reason most of the times I want to play tf2.. the server is empty.. so I am saddened
