Deathrun part of map (trade_plaza_mops)!
It would be great if once every hour or so, a secret teleporter appeared somewhere (maybe in one of three different places) and it lead to a deathrun part of the level with traps and everything! Maybe a sound could play when the secret teleporter appeared letting players know that it is around the map. It would be fun running around to find it! How it could work would be the last person to enter the teleporter would be the 'hale' and all of the others could play as runners and upon death, they would spawn back in regular spawn. It would be a very fun feature!
Another suggestion is making the lava pit on the track deeper like in trade_minecraft and making lava do less damage, you could put the secret teleporter down there for the vsh_dr bit!

A few things I have to consider though are a. filesize, sounds like a good idea but if it takes up too many mb's to implement it, it cant be done. b. hale would not be doable as the map does not control this, that is to do with the plugin. c. in regards to b. i would have to think of a reason for people to want to complete it since hale is not an option, any ideas as to what should be at the end of it? Also remember nobody is operating these traps unlike deathrun so how would i do them/any ideas for traps?
deepening the lava may happen in time, however, why would i lower the damage?

Of course you wouldn't put an actual Hale in, by 'hale', I meant someone who played the role of him, no actual saxtons or horsemen!

That would require roleplaying though, if nobody is actually turning into hale, which not everyone will do. Ultimately it would be good if people who reached the end either got something, had an effect, or reached a room that had some kind of a purpose, unless you have any other ideas.

From personal experience
Most deathruns usually have the ending like you get to kill the "hale" by your choice
Whether it be death by Spy farts or Engineer Lightning Cock-rod

Well, from my past experiences in the outpost of deathrun, they are a couple of deaths for the hale like: Lasers, spikes, russian roulette (example in vsh_dr_aconian or something), etc like what dotro said
